Built from real setups, not guesses

Every item names the cases it's based on, with a link to the source. Some of what those shops reported:

These are those shops' own results with their own tools and teams, not results of this kit, and we can't promise yours. Vendor case studies are written by the company selling the tool. All 22 source cases: Whitfield Auto, Tire City Auto Repair (Nick Collier), Brown's Automotive (Tonnika Haynes), intake, Leondis Automotive (Peter Leondis), ATC Auto Center (Brian Weeks), Valley Auto Glass (Ingrid and Gio Pineda), Liberty Fleet Solutions (Bobby Chambers), Central Florida Paint and Body (Nader Akbari), Rite Wrench (Alejandro Abdala), Carfix (Mike Allen), Better Collision Centers (Jonathon Best), Body by Cochran (David Black), Exclusive Paint Protection (Brian Brown), Wisefly Auto Glass (Melissa and Jason Martin), Supreme Auto Glass (Daniel Jaimes), Euro Car Doctor (Tony Perez), Pronto Body Shop (Tiffany Menefee), Solesbee Collision (Greg Solesbee), Optic-Kleer St. Augustine (Jon Styles), Brown's Automotive (Tonnika Haynes), reviews, Titan Auto Glass (Adren Savitch), Auto Glass Experts (Zuhair Madanat).

First text after a missed call (open hours)

Hi, this is {SHOP NAME} in {TOWN}. Sorry we missed your call; we're with a customer's car right now. What's your car doing? Reply here and a person will text or call you back by {CALLBACK TIME}. Reply CALL and we'll ring you.

Based on Leondis Automotive's missed-call follow-up (text worked better than an AI voice) and the missed-call text-back at Supreme and Wisefly Auto Glass.

Questions

What do I get?

A web page and a printable PDF with 33 ready-to-use items: AI receptionist instructions, call scripts, a phone intake checklist, text and email templates, prompts, a setup checklist and a tool price table. You get the link the moment you pay.

Do I need special shop software?

No. Every prompt works with ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini (all have free plans), and the text-back works in your shop software, a texting tool like Podium, or a DIY Zapier flow. The checklist shows options at different prices, including a standalone AI receptionist with a free tier (Smith.ai).

Is this the same as the free case pages?

Partly. Several prompts come from our free case pages, and every item links to the case it is based on. The kit adds the intake checklist, the text-back thread, repair status texts, declined-work follow-ups, review reply templates, test calls, the setup checklist and the price table, adapted for repair shops and collected in one place you can print.

Will it get me more cars in the bays?

We can't promise that. The results quoted on this page are what those shops reported with their own tools and teams, and several are vendor case studies. The kit gives you the same building blocks; how well they work depends on your setup and follow-through.

Does it work for collision, auto glass or tire shops?

Yes. It was written for independent repair shops, and 14 of the 22 source cases are collision, auto glass, paint protection or truck and fleet repair businesses. There is a separate receptionist script for collision and glass work, and the glass questions are built into the text-back.

What if it isn't useful?

Not useful? Reply to your Stripe receipt within 30 days of buying and we refund the $39 in full. No questions, and you keep the files.

Can you just set it up for me?

Yes. The $197 Quick-Win Install puts one fix live in 48 hours (missed-call text-back, an after-hours request form, or review replies), and full setups start at $149/mo or $497 pay-once.

Version 1.0 (October 17, 2026). Prices in the kit are the ones we checked on each vendor's pricing page, with the date. Also available: the Plumbing & HVAC AI Starter Kit.
