Terms, in plain English

Setup service

• Prices: Single use case $497, 3-pack $1,297, Custom from $2,500. These are one-time setup fees.
• Before we start, we confirm in writing what we'll build and what "done" looks like.
• We build in your accounts. You own them and everything we set up.
• "Delivery" means the day we tell you it's live and hand it over.

Our guarantee

If the setup doesn't work as we agreed, we'll keep fixing it until it does. If we can't make it work, or you're not satisfied, ask for a refund of the setup fee within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund it in full.

The refund covers our setup fee. It doesn't cover software subscriptions you paid to vendors.

Care plans (optional)

• $149/mo per automation, or $297/mo for a 3-pack. Includes monitoring, monthly tuning and done-for-you review replies.
• Care plans are monthly subscriptions billed by card through Stripe on the same day each month, starting the day you sign up.
• Month-to-month. Cancel anytime, no fee, by replying to any email from us or using the setup form; it stops at the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't refund partial months.
• If we change a care plan price, we'll tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you.

Payments

• Setup fees are paid up front, by card through Stripe. Stripe also handles care plan billing; we never see or store your full card number.
• Refunds of setup fees follow the guarantee above.

Sponsorships

• Featured listings run for 30 days from when they go live. Newsletter slots run in one issue.
• Every sponsored placement is labeled "Sponsored". We can decline a sponsor that doesn't fit our readers; if we do, we refund in full.
• We don't guarantee clicks, views or sales.

Software costs

• Software (e.g. Jobber, Tidio, Zapier) is billed to you directly by the vendor, under their terms.
• If we ever pay for software on your behalf, we pass it through at cost, with no markup.
• Vendors can change their prices or features; we'll tell you if a change affects your setup.

What we need from you

• Access to the tools involved and quick answers to setup questions.
• Approval of how the AI talks to your customers. You're responsible for what your business sends.

Limits

AI can make mistakes. We build in hand-offs and guardrails, but we can't guarantee specific business results like more bookings or revenue. Our total responsibility is limited to what you paid us.
