Who it's for
- Plumbing and HVAC owners and office managers who miss calls at night or while on a job.
- Shops with a stack of estimates nobody followed up on.
- Anyone who knows they should ask for reviews after every job but doesn't.
- Owners who'd rather set it up themselves this week in ChatGPT, Zapier, Housecall Pro, Jobber, Podium or Smith.ai than wait for a big software rollout.
Rather not do it yourself? We'll set one fix up for you in 48 hours ($197) or see done-for-you setups.

Built from real setups, not guesses
Every item names the cases it's based on, with a link to the source. Some of what those companies reported:
- Phones, Bill Joplin's Air Conditioning and Heating (vendor case study): 1,300+ calls handled in three and a half months; over 90% of the calls Karen answered ended in a booked job, 72% with zero human intervention. Thompson says setup took about 20 minutes, and the team kept up after going from five CSRs to four. Case
- Phones, Tri-City Home Solutions (Amanda Root) (owner-told): In the first month tracked on the Mastering ServiceTitan podcast: revenue from booked calls up 186%, booking rate 65.6% (up 26 points), and the agent handled more than 400 calls. Root’s framing: sell one job off of it and you make your money back. Case
- Estimate follow-up, Leonard Splaine Co. (Johnny Baker) (press): Since going live with UpSmith, follow-up sales for unsold estimates increased by 25%. Treat that as company-reported. No tool-independent controlled study is cited. Case
- Review requests, Good Guy Plumbing (review requests) (vendor case study): Google reviews grew from about 10 to over 1,400; Robert says the system generates so many reviews he "can't even count" and uses the leaderboard to reward techs at payroll (self-reported). Case
- Review replies, Intelligent Design Air Conditioning, Plumbing, Solar & Electric (press): AI-drafted replies are 'almost always spot on'. Reviews reached 446 by early July 2024, versus 418 in all of 2023. Case

Questions
What do I get?
A web page and a printable PDF with 31 ready-to-use items: AI voice agent instructions, call scripts, text and email templates, prompts, a setup checklist and a tool price table. You get the link the moment you pay.
Do I need special software?
No. Every template works with ChatGPT or Claude and the phone and texting tools you already have. The checklist shows options at different prices, from free tiers (ChatGPT, Smith.ai, Zapier) to field-service software you may already pay for (Housecall Pro, Jobber).
Is this the same as the free case pages?
Partly. Several prompts come from our free case pages, and every item links to the case it is based on. The kit adds the call scripts, the text, email and review templates, the setup checklist and the price table, adapted for plumbing and HVAC and collected in one place you can print.
Will it get me more calls or reviews?
We can't promise that. The results quoted on this page are what those companies reported with their own tools and teams. The kit gives you the same building blocks; how well they work depends on your setup and follow-through.
Does it work for electricians, roofers or other trades?
It was written for plumbing and HVAC, and a few items come from an electrician, a pest control company and a lead-texting firm. Most templates only need your services and emergency rules swapped in.
What if it isn't useful?
Not useful? Reply to your Stripe receipt within 30 days of buying and we refund the $39 in full. No questions, and you keep the files.
Can you just set it up for me?
Yes. The $197 Quick-Win Install puts one fix live in 48 hours (missed-call text-back, an after-hours request form, or review replies), and full setups start at $149/mo or $497 pay-once.
Version 1.0 (October 17, 2026). Prices in the kit are the ones we checked on each vendor's pricing page, with the date.
