How to choose and set it up

Will older customers hate it?

Some will. In the real HVAC cases below, a couple of older callers were annoyed, but most just wanted a fast answer. Say up front it's an assistant and make 'talk to a person' work on the first ask.

Can it handle emergencies at night?
