A multi-location pizzeria needed marketing content, email and sales analysis without adding staff, and wanted to know whether AI could take phone orders.

How to set it up yourself
- What Leona's uses: Canva, CapCut, Picsart and Adobe for content, its POS provider's AI tool for a year-end sales analysis, and a tested (not kept for orders) AI phone line.
- Export last year's item sales from your POS as a spreadsheet, by location if you have more than one. Remove customer names and card details.
- Upload it to ChatGPT with the prompt below and ask for top and bottom sellers, sales by daypart and anything that changed month to month. Check two or three numbers against the POS before acting on them.
