How to set it up yourself

1. What Dr. Khuly uses: ChatGPT, with her SOAP notes pasted in. Remove the client's name, phone and address before pasting; the pet's first name and the medical details are enough.
2. Paste the prompt below into ChatGPT, fill in the language, reading level and format (email, letter or text), then paste the SOAP note under it.
3. Read the summary against your note line by line: every drug, dose and recheck date must match. If you don't read the language, ask ChatGPT to translate its summary back to English and compare.
4. Send it from your practice email or texting system, and save the prompt as a text shortcut or in a ChatGPT Project so staff can reuse it.
