What happened
Self-reported: it told her things like "Don't take this loan, APR is too much" and which debt to pay first, and for the other finance questions, "within five minutes I had everything, a plan kind of to tackle." No figures are given for money or time saved, and the interview does not say she checked the plan against a second source. A payoff order is a calculation, not professional financial advice.
