Turn a dictated process into an SOP and draft landing-page code with Gemini

How to set it up yourself

1. What Just Injected and Cryo-X's co-owner did: dictated a process with voice-to-text, uploaded an SOP template and asked Gemini to format the transcript into a standardized document. For the rebrand, he gave Gemini inspiration websites and asked it to write landing-page code.
2. DIY path: when it is safe to do so, use your phone's voice-to-text to talk through one process from start to finish. Leave out patient names and any health details.
3. Open the Google Gemini free plan, upload your SOP template file, paste the transcript and then the prompt below.
4. Have the person who does the task read the draft and test it once before it goes into your SOP binder. Fix any step the AI filled in on its own.
5. Suggestion: for a landing page, paste links to pages you like and ask Gemini for the code for one simple page. Have someone check every price, claim and treatment description before you copy the code into your website builder.
