- Before you drive, open the project in the ChatGPT app and start a voice conversation (hands-free, set up before you pull out). Say what's on your mind, ask it to argue the other side, or say "play my front-desk lead; I need to talk about schedule changes" to rehearse.
- At your desk, ask it in the same project for the letter or email you discussed, then edit it yourself; anything clinical goes in only in general terms. Write down any decision you made so you can check it later, rather than acting on the chat alone.
