- Create a ChatGPT or Claude project named "SOPs" and paste the prompt below as its instructions, with one SOP you already like as the model for format.
- Open the project on your phone, tap the microphone and talk the system through as if you were training a new hire: who does it, when, the exact steps, scripts, and what to do when it goes wrong. Don't worry about order; the prompt sorts it.
- Read the draft, fix anything it got wrong, then have the person who actually does the job walk through it once. Save the final version where the team keeps procedures, and update it the next time the system changes.
