Plan Instagram posts and captions with an AI assistant, then finish flyers in Canva
Luisa Ramirez, co-owner and executive chef of Charcuterie by Bohemian Picnics, a charcuterie board and picnic basket shop near Central Park in New York, who also runs its marketing, on the Artificial Reality podcast
Sintra helps her with Instagram strategy, post ideas, email marketing and catering menus. From a batch of photos it picks the strongest for the week and writes captions with keywords, and it can schedule posts and notify her before they go out.

The problem
Marketing companies quoted about $800 to $1,000 for two carousels (her rough figure), which the two co-owners could not afford. Luisa is not a social media or marketing expert.
What happened
Self-reported: Instagram reached 20,000 followers the week of recording ("this week we reached twenty thousand followers"), which she credits to what she learned through AI and Sintra. This is not shown to be caused by the tool, and no other figures are given. She still posts by hand. Main limit: flyers with text come out garbled ("the letters are not matching what I'm typing in"), so she moves the text to Canva, where "it makes it perfect."

How to set it up yourself
- What Charcuterie by Bohemian Picnics' co-owner did: after starting with ChatGPT, she moved to Sintra for post ideas, captions with keywords, email marketing and catering menus, then copied the text into Canva to make flyers, because Sintra's flyer text came out garbled.
- DIY path: in the ChatGPT free plan, paste the prompt below with your menu, offers and dates. Ask for a month of posts with captions.
- DIY path: upload a few of your photos and ask which one suits each post and why.
- DIY path: copy the caption and flyer text into Canva and build the design there, so the words on the image match what you typed.
- Read every caption and flyer for spelling, prices and dates, and post or approve each one yourself.
