When she renamed the restaurant Noodles by Nina, she also had it search state and federal trademarks and give a percentage likelihood that the name wasn't already in use, before the attorneys the owners hired did the same search. She also asked it for tips on calmly handling a hard conversation with an employee, which she then had herself.
