Have ChatGPT draft HIPAA-safe replies to angry dental reviews, then turn one podcast transcript into a blog post, YouTube copy and social posts
Dr. Justin Scott, dentist and owner of Pure Dental Health (Atlanta area), on The Dental Marketer podcast. He also founded Virtual Dental Offices, which places virtual assistants with dental practices
ChatGPT, told to act as a PR person, drafts calm replies to bad reviews and angry patient emails that never discuss the patient's case. The same chat turns a transcribed podcast or video into a blog post, a YouTube description with hashtags, an Instagram post and a set of short posts.

The problem
A practicing dentist doesn't have time to write marketing content, and when a patient posts an angry review the natural first reply is emotional and can break HIPAA by discussing the patient's case.
What happened
Self-reported: he says ChatGPT handles the professional, HIPAA-safe wording he would get wrong when emotional, and that using it for HR and labor-law questions let him drop his monthly HR/legal service fee. His team, including the marketing staff, is being trained to use it. No review-rating or traffic numbers are given.

How to set it up yourself
- What Pure Dental Health used: ChatGPT with an "act as a PR person" prompt for bad reviews and angry emails, plus transcripts from tools like Otter.ai, Descript or Rev pasted into ChatGPT to repurpose one recording into many posts.
- Set up the review desk in ChatGPT: select New project in the sidebar, name it "Review replies", then open ••• > Project settings and paste the prompt below as the instructions. Add your office phone number and the rule that replies never confirm someone is a patient or mention treatment. Test it on 10 old reviews, including your two worst, before using it on new ones.
- Reply on Google: open your Business Profile, choose Read reviews > Reply, paste the review into the project, and have the office manager or dentist edit and post the draft. Every reply is approved by a person; nothing posts automatically.
- Repurpose content: record a short video or podcast, import it into Descript (or Otter.ai) to get the transcript, then paste the transcript into a second ChatGPT project and ask in turn for a 500-word blog post, a YouTube description with hashtags, one Instagram caption and 10 short posts that link back. Check every clinical claim before publishing.
