Get a Monday email on what everyone on the team moved in Trello, plus a Slack note for each person
Dr. Anthony Pellegrino, owner of Absolute Chiropractic (a pediatric and cranial chiropractic practice about 30 minutes from the Jersey Shore, New Jersey), on The ChiroX Show podcast
AI analyzes all the movement on the practice's Trello project board. On Monday he gets an email with what everyone is working on and who is falling behind, and each team member gets a Slack message saying what they did well and what needs to be done this week. For the SEO board, an AI agent checks each task dragged to 'needs approval' and moves it to 'needs revision' or 'task complete' with comments. The podcast doesn't say which tools run these two; he builds his other workflows with n8n and Claude.
Claude $17/mo billed annually ($20 monthly); free plan available for the DIY version below (API use is billed separately by usage; Trello, Slack and n8n prices not checked here)

The problem
Keeping up with what every team member is working on, and who's falling behind, meant logging into the project board and reading every card.
What happened
He says he never has to log into the project board itself. No time figures are given. Self-reported.

How to set it up yourself
- What Absolute Chiropractic does: AI reads the week's movement on the team's Trello board, emails the owner a Monday summary of who's doing what and who's behind, and Slacks each person what they did well and what's due. The podcast doesn't detail the build; the steps below use n8n and Claude, which he uses for his other workflows.
- In n8n, add a Schedule trigger (Monday, 6 AM) and a Trello node that gets the board's cards and actions from the last 7 days (card name, list moved to, member, due date).
- Add a Claude (Anthropic) node with the prompt below, then a Gmail or Outlook node that emails you the summary. Read it next to the board for two or three weeks before adding the next step.
- When the summaries are right, add a second Claude step that writes one short note per person and a Slack node that sends it to them. Tell the team first, and keep the notes about the work, not about people.

Here is last week's activity from our Trello board at {PRACTICE NAME}: {CARD ACTIVITY: card, list it moved from and to, member, due date, date}. Write a Monday summary for me: 1) what each person worked on and finished, 2) cards that are overdue or haven't moved in {DAYS} days, by person, 3) anything blocked waiting on me. Then, for each person, write a Slack note under 60 words: one specific thing they did well and their top 2 cards for this week.
