The problem
Each client brings a color theme, sometimes specific flowers, and a budget, and her wholesaler's catalog has thousands of flowers that change by season. Working out what to buy took her hours, much of it at the wholesale market talking to salespeople.
What happened
Self-reported: "it saves me half of the time". No other figures are given. It also made her see that she had been costing only the look and leaving out the work: "I didn't really add in like the time that spends". Limits: ChatGPT does not know what her wholesaler has in stock that day, and flower prices jump around holidays like Valentine's Day, so she now checks them herself.
