1. What Dallas Sunrise Maids does: ChatGPT helps with complaint replies and tricky situations, generative AI answers basic client emails and schedule-change requests, and HubSpot's email tools rewrite mass emails in the company's voice.
2. Write one page about how you sound and what you can promise: re-clean policy, cancellation window, how you handle damage, and words you never use.
3. Paste the client's email and that page into ChatGPT with the prompt below; whoever sends it reads it once, fixes any fact, and sends it under their own name.
4. Keep the replies that worked as templates for the next schedule change, late arrival or complaint.
