Coaches had to sign in to separate booking, training-app and session-statistics tools, so their attention was split and balls got dropped. Software subscriptions and outside admin help for reports kept adding up.
What happened
Self-reported: about 220K saved in recurring expenses in roughly six months (the episode doesn't state the currency; the business is Australian), about 25% of coaches' previous admin time saved, and outside admin help for reports no longer needed.
