What happened
Per AQUA, "in the time it takes to drink a coffee" he has "a seven-round breakdown his client can actually read, a recommendation backed by reasoning he can defend, and a clear path to a signed proposal." The magazine says he hasn't added headcount. No dollar or win-rate figures are given. The article's author runs a pool-industry rep firm.
