The problem
Running two small-group training studios opened in the same year meant a lot of written operating procedures, tracking sheets and copy for a small team to produce.
What happened
Self-reported: they call ChatGPT "a game-changer, saving us time and helping us execute faster." No hour figures are given. The newsletter is from January 2025 and some of its tool links are affiliate links; the founders also sell coaching to people opening studios (not AI products).

How to set it up yourself
- What Revamp does: the founders turn transcripts into complete SOPs with ChatGPT, ask it for the Google Sheets formulas behind their daily metrics, finance and merchandise trackers, and keep the finished SOPs and playbooks in Notion.
- Record yourself (a voice memo or a call recording) talking through one task the way you'd teach a new coach: opening the studio, a free consultation, a member's first session. Get the transcript from your phone or recording app.
- Paste the transcript into ChatGPT with the prompt below, then fix anything it got wrong and save the result where your team already looks, such as Notion or a shared Google Doc.
- For trackers, describe the columns in your sheet and the number you want (members who haven't booked in 14 days, revenue by studio) and ask ChatGPT for the formula; test it on last month's data before you rely on it.
