How to set it up yourself

1. What Amity Home Maintenance Solutions does: the owner has ChatGPT or Claude write the base of a proposal or a web page, then rewrites the parts about what he actually found on the roof (flashing, chimney, siding).
2. Make a ChatGPT project or Claude Project called "Proposals" and paste in your company description, warranty terms, payment terms and two past proposals you were happy with.
3. After each inspection, type or dictate your findings in plain words ("step flashing lifted at the chimney, two cracked boots, soft decking near the north valley") and use the prompt below.
4. Rewrite the findings in your own words, check every quantity and price against your own estimate, and only then send it. For web pages, use the same project and add a real photo from one of your jobs.
