Run a weekly gym content system: AI-edited podcast, Opus Clip shorts, Grok for trending topics and ChatGPT for on-brand quotes
Isaac Morgado, owner of MVMT Strength, a gym in London, Ontario, on Two-Brain Business's Run a Profitable Gym podcast
He records the gym's podcast with two cameras, and AI features in Premiere Pro cut between whoever is talking. The episode goes to YouTube and through Opus Clips, which makes 15- to 30-second clips and posts them to YouTube; he reposts the best ones. For topics he asks Grok what's trending in fitness and health and picks the ones that fit his members. For daily quotes he gives ChatGPT quotes he wrote and likes, asks for more like them, and throws out any that don't sound like the gym.

The problem
He wanted a steady flow of content for the gym every week without it taking his whole week.
What happened
"To edit the podcast might take me, I don't know, 10 minutes," Opus Clips "takes three minutes," and distribution is "maybe a 30 to 40 minute process," he says. The host says the gym's content and ads generate about 140 leads a month; that's the whole system, not just the AI tools. Self-reported.

How to set it up yourself
- What MVMT Strength uses: Premiere Pro's AI features to edit a two-camera podcast, Opus Clips for short clips, Grok for trending topics, ChatGPT for quotes, and Canva and Facebook's planner to schedule.
- Pick one long piece of content you can make every week (a podcast, a Q&A or a coach interview) and record it.
- Run it through a clip tool to get 15- to 30-second shorts; post them to one platform first and repost only the best performers elsewhere.
- Each week, ask an AI tool for trending health and fitness topics and keep only the ones your members actually ask about.
- Give ChatGPT 10 quotes or posts you wrote and like, ask for more in that voice with the prompt below, and delete anything that doesn't sound like your gym. Batch it all in one sitting.
