What happened

How to set it up yourself
- What South Gate CrossFit does: Victor Zamudio writes the draft or outline himself and uses ChatGPT to polish posts, newsletters and emails; for each day's workout he gives it the outline, the intended stimulus and how to achieve it, and it writes the explanation.
- In ChatGPT, select New project in the sidebar, name it "Gym writing" and paste three of your own past posts or newsletters under ••• > Project settings so it learns your voice.
- For a workout explanation, paste the prompt below with the workout, the stimulus you want and the scaling options. Read it as the coach: fix anything that changes the intent or the movement standards.
- For posts and emails, paste your rough draft and ask it to polish, not rewrite; keep your own stories and member names out unless you have permission.
