When his team hits an operational problem, they tell the assistant, it suggests a new process, and the team trials it for a couple of shifts and keeps it if it works. He also uses it for internal documents and for his to-do list.

Setting up new sites and solving day-to-day operational problems is a huge part of running a commercial cleaning company.
What happened
He rates operations "Brilliant" ("site-specific operation manuals are now created instantly"), finance "Decent" (useful insight and a forecast, but his bookkeeper does far better and he won't base important decisions on it) and marketing "Bad" (it reads as obviously AI-written). It took a lot of uploading and training, and he says it would be irresponsible to let it run the business. Owner-told.
