The problem
Techs lose time hunting for manuals on unfamiliar equipment, KPI reports lived inside ServiceTitan, and unsold estimates went cold.
What happened
He says he built the dashboard "in a couple hours" without ever having built an app, contracts now cost him "five to six hundred dollars" in lawyer review instead of "two to three thousand," and estimate follow-up has brought in "probably a hundred thousand dollars" at Wahoo over the last few months.
