Vendor bills could get buried, job-close audits weren't done consistently, commission calculations took a full day, and administrative misses led to needless margin slippage.

Job-close audits that once happened only when someone had time now occur on every job, he says, and commission calculations that took a full day are done in under an hour with an audit trail. "If I'm the only one using it, I'm not getting far," he says.
