2. List the contract work you do by hand in the sheet today (for example start date, length, monthly rate, renewal date, sessions left) and copy a few rows with client names removed.
3. Paste those rows into ChatGPT with the prompt below and ask for one formula per column, with a one-line explanation of each. Put them into a copy of your sheet first.
4. Check every formula against three contracts you already worked out by hand, including one that renews mid-month, before you use the sheet for real clients.
