He runs 14 AI agents, most of them in Grok (he calls it "Grok Bot"). A morning agent checks his email, calendar and Slack at 5 a.m. and tells him what needs attention. A revenue agent logs into GorillaDesk with its own read-only user named "AI agent" that can't edit jobs or customers or charge cards, and builds daily to yearly revenue and forecast reports. A technician-supervisor agent goes through every work order around 7 to 8 p.m., technician by technician, checking chemical use, weather data and job notes, and names each missed step and customer. A Google Ads agent audits the ads weekly. A chief-of-staff agent routes requests to the others. A social agent only drafts posts for him to review, and a separate ChatGPT agent does most of the editing on his personal-brand videos.

The problem
Checking every technician's work orders, pulling revenue numbers and auditing ads took his time or a manager's.
What happened
He estimates the cost at "maybe $20 to $30 a month in most cases," depending on the X Premium plan, and runs the ads audit weekly to save usage. Video edits take him about 15 minutes on average. Letting an agent post to Facebook on its own got "99% of the way there" before the platform flagged it as a bot, which is why he still reviews posts. Self-reported.
