The problem
Behind every class is a steady flow of small tasks: answering clients, sending reminders, finding information, preparing documents. "Reply, remind, find, fill in," Spura says. "Each task is simple, but all of it has to be done fast and done right." He wanted to try an AI assistant without a long setup.
What happened
Per GARMTECH, putting together and approving a training program went from at least two hours to about 30 minutes, and the team now answers client inquiries within one day instead of up to two.
