How to set it up yourself

1. What Agrove Academy used: Wispr Flow for system-wide voice dictation, then ChatGPT to format SOPs, playbooks, roles and sales scripts from the cleaned text.
2. Install Wispr Flow (Mac/Windows/iPhone/Android). Open ChatGPT in the browser, click the message box, hold the Flow shortcut (Fn on Mac; Ctrl+Win on Windows), speak the SOP or playbook out loud, then release so cleaned text lands in ChatGPT.
3. In the same ChatGPT chat (or a Project saved with your gym voice), paste the prompt below and ask for a numbered SOP or playbook with roles, checklists and 'do / don't' rules. Edit names, prices and safety rules yourself before sharing with staff.
4. Reuse the loop for sales scripts and hard conversations: dictate what you usually say, ask ChatGPT how to tighten it, then rehearse the rewrite. DIY adaptation: Claude works the same way if you already live there—keep Wispr Flow as the dictation layer.
