The problem

How to set it up yourself
- What Serene Clean used: Claude connected to its ClickUp workspace and its website, plus Loom for recording tasks.
- Record one routine task in Loom (for example, how you schedule a new recurring client), talking through each click and why.
- Copy the Loom transcript into Claude with the prompt below to get a step-by-step SOP, then have the person who'll do the task follow it once and fix anything unclear.
- If you use ClickUp, connect it in Claude under Settings > Connectors so Claude can read your workspace and suggest structure; start by asking for suggestions only and approve any change yourself.
- For website fixes, describe the problem and the page, ask Claude to diagnose it first, and keep a backup before applying any change it suggests.
