James Paoletti, who runs the tech and AI side of Spectrum Sports NJ, a sports performance gym, in a PushPress blog post about its own AI Assistant

The problem
How many reserved athletes actually showed up wasn't available as a single report in the gym's software.
What happened
Vendor-reported, with his quote: "40 to 45% of your athletes that were reserved didn't check in for class. Which was awesome for us." PushPress says the finding changed how he thought about his front-desk workflow; no other figures are given. This is PushPress's own blog post about its own product.
