How much does it cost?
Most owners start with the Setup + Care Plan: $149/mo with setup included. 6-month minimum, billed monthly. Cancel within the first 30 days for a refund of your first month and nothing more owed. After 30 days, cancelling before month 6 means the remaining months of the 6 are due (we invoice them). Prefer to pay once? Single use case $497, 3-pack $1,297, custom projects from $2,500. These are one-time setup fees. Tool subscriptions (e.g. Jobber, Tidio, Zapier) are billed by those companies directly to you; we tell you the cost up front. Software costs are passed through at cost, no markup. After a pay-once setup, optional care is $149/mo per automation or $297/mo for a 3-pack.

How long does setup take?
A single use case is usually live within about a week of getting access; a 3-pack in a few weeks. You get a timeline before we start.
Do I need to be technical?
No. We need access to the tools involved and about 30–60 minutes of your time to answer questions and approve how it talks to customers.
