He cloned his voice in ElevenLabs from about an hour and a half of his own audio. Meta's Muse agent takes about five addresses at a time, pulls each home's details from Zillow, writes three voiceover scripts per property (one opens with something like "this is what 850,000 gets you in this area") and produces the audio through ElevenLabs. The files land in a folder, and his editors add them to the tours.

The problem
He posts about 10 times a day across three Instagram accounts. Recording voiceovers himself was time-consuming and hard to match to the footage, and writing 30 home tour voiceovers took more than an hour.
What happened
Thirty voiceovers now take him 6 to 7 minutes instead of more than an hour, and he records far less content himself. He says his newer cloned-voice voiceovers sound better than the first ones. Self-reported.
