Vibe-code a brokerage dashboard where AI agents watch email, calls and compliance and tell the owner what needs attention

who Eric Bramlett, broker-owner of Bramlett Partners in Texas, interviewed by REALTOR News (National Association of REALTORS)

What it does

Using Claude Opus for agentic coding (after earlier 'vibe coding' in Replit), Bramlett and five developers built a brokerage management platform with one dashboard and 17 AI agents, each with a single job, such as monitoring emails or phone calls or checking for compliance. He can ask it how the business is doing; it reviews every area and flags what's broken. The agents surface issues; he reviews them and makes the decisions.

The problem

The brokerage wanted one place to see everything happening across email, phone calls, compliance and revenue, and a custom brokerage platform would have cost an estimated $2 million to build the traditional way.

What happened

As reported by REALTOR News: about 100 hours over roughly three months, versus an estimated $2 million before; he says agentic coding lets them build 10–15x faster. In one check-in it reported email deliverability and revenue looked fine but one process was broken. He is now using Claude to build a CRM, the last non-proprietary piece of his stack.

How to set it up yourself

  1. What they did: had developers use Claude Opus to build the platform, one AI agent per task (email, calls, compliance), feeding one dashboard.
  2. Pick the 3–5 things you check every week (lead response, compliance files, deliverability, revenue by agent) and write each as one agent's job.
  3. Pipe the data into one place first; the agents are only as good as what they can see.
  4. Have agents flag and explain issues, never act on their own; a person decides.
  5. Ask it a weekly 'what should I worry about?' question and compare its answer with what you know.
  6. DIY adaptation (not what Bramlett built): without developers, export your CRM, transaction and call-log reports to a spreadsheet each Monday and paste them into a Claude project with the prompt below.

Copy-paste prompt

You are the operations analyst for [Brokerage]. Attached are this week's exports: lead log, call log, transaction/compliance checklist, and revenue by agent. 1) List anything that looks broken or overdue (missing compliance docs, leads with no reply in 24 hours, unusual drops), with the row or agent it comes from. 2) Say what looks healthy and should be left alone. 3) Give the top three things I should look at this week, most urgent first. Don't guess: if data is missing, say what you'd need.
