1. What the Lara & Chelsea Collaborative does: the agents upload a photo to their brokerage's AI tools and ask for a laid-out yard, a new front porch or an indoor golf simulator to show a buyer, and give the AI keywords for listing descriptions that they then rewrite in their own voice.
2. When a buyer says what they'd add (a porch, a pool, a finished basement), take or pick a clear photo of that spot and note the real dimensions from the listing or a tape measure.
3. Upload it to an AI image editor (your brokerage's tool, or ChatGPT's image editing) with the prompt below, and keep everything that's actually there unchanged.
4. Send the rendering with the original photo and a line saying it's an AI concept, not a quote or a promise of what zoning or an HOA will allow; suggest the buyer get a contractor's estimate.

Copy-paste prompt

Here is a photo of {SPACE, e.g. the backyard} at a home my buyer is considering. Add {CHANGE, e.g. a covered front porch about 8 by 20 feet} in a style that suits a {HOME STYLE} house.
