1. What Gow's does: Amanda Fancy writes an outline herself, then has ChatGPT fill it out, whether it's an event plan, social media content, ad copy, an employee handbook update or team-building exercises for a staff meeting.
2. Write the outline first: the goal, the audience, three to five points you want covered and anything that must not change, such as store policies, legal wording or prices.
3. Paste the outline into ChatGPT with the prompt below. For a handbook section, paste the current wording too and ask it to list every change it made, so you can see exactly what moved.
4. Read every draft before it's used, and have handbook changes checked against your local employment rules before staff are asked to sign anything.
