Run an insurance agency's sales goals, call recaps and Spanish-call summaries through ChatGPT
Nick Vitali, co-owner and vice president of All About Insurance, an agency serving North Carolina clients since 1993, in a recorded talk on his own YouTube channel
He exports AgencyZoom sales reports and has ChatGPT find trends and set per-staff goals, and he used ChatGPT's agent mode to review all of the agency's AgencyZoom automations. Staff turn call notes into a client recap, an internal note for AMS360 or AgencyZoom, a task list and a client email, and role-play price objections with ChatGPT playing a skeptical client. He pastes Spanish call transcripts from the agency's voice AI tool into ChatGPT for an English summary, quote details and a draft email to the lead.

The problem
Sales data sat in AgencyZoom reports, call notes had to be rewritten for the client and the agency system, and about a third of the book speaks Spanish.
What happened
ChatGPT's analysis of his sales data showed that moving from 1.1 to 1.2 policies per sale would add about 531 policies, about $700,000 in premium and $90,000 in revenue. That is a projection, not a realized result. He calls ChatGPT "a first draft generator" and "a thinking partner," not an underwriter.

How to set it up yourself
- What All About Insurance uses: ChatGPT (an enterprise version) for sales analysis, call recaps, objection practice and Spanish-to-English call summaries, alongside AgencyZoom and AMS360.
- Export last quarter's sales report from your agency management or CRM system (remove client names), upload it to ChatGPT and ask for trends by producer and one realistic goal per person.
- After a client call, paste your notes in with the prompt below to get a client recap, an internal note for your system, a task list and a draft email. Read each before you use it.
- For calls in another language, paste the transcript and ask for an English summary, the quote details and a draft reply in the client's language.
- Keep underwriting and coverage decisions with a licensed person. Vitali's line: it's a first draft generator, not an underwriter.

I run {AGENCY NAME}, an independent insurance agency in {STATE}. Below are my notes from a call with a {CLIENT TYPE} about {POLICY TYPE}. Turn them into: 1) a short recap email to the client in plain English (or in {LANGUAGE} if the notes say they prefer it), 2) an internal note for our agency system with coverage details, carriers discussed and next steps, 3) a task list with owners and due dates, 4) any quote details I still need to collect. Don't invent coverage, limits or prices that aren't in my notes; mark anything missing as MISSING.
