The problem
Saxon says real estate "can be a lonely industry": agents are mostly independent contractors with no boss reviewing their work, and his broker or coach can't sit in on client consultations. He also didn't want to be looking down at his computer taking notes in meetings.
What happened
He says clients get "much quicker, much more... comprehensive" summaries and notes, and that the grading is "a great feedback mechanism for me to... not just rely on my clients giving me feedback or hiring me or not hiring me." No time or money figures are given. Owner-told.
