The problem

What happened

How to set it up yourself

1. Pick one repeat client email or campaign to start with, such as a renewal reminder, a seasonal coverage tip or a welcome email.
2. Give ChatGPT your agency's voice: two or three past emails, your brand color and the merge fields your CRM uses.
3. Ask for the email copy first, then for a simple HTML template that uses those merge fields, using the prompt below.
4. Send yourself a test from your CRM and check it on a phone before anything goes to clients.
5. Read every client-facing draft yourself and change anything about coverage, price or carriers by hand.
