How to set it up yourself

1. What Aybear Services does: ChatGPT drafts educational worksheets for clients and classes, with no client financial data in the chat. Analysis of client books stays with the accountant.
2. In ChatGPT, select New project in the sidebar, name it "Client worksheets" and paste the prompt below under ••• > Project settings. Upload one worksheet you've already made so it copies your format and reading level.
3. Ask for one worksheet per topic you explain again and again (separating business and personal spending, quarterly estimated taxes, which receipts to keep). Check every rule, deadline and threshold against current IRS or state guidance before you share it.
4. Export it to PDF, or paste it into Google Docs or Canva with your logo, and reuse the same worksheets as handouts at a local workshop or networking event with a line on how to book a bookkeeping consult.
