Give a brokerage one AI tool per job: ChatGPT for emails and newsletters, Claude with connectors, Gemini for quick marketing visuals
Kasey Jorgenson, founder and designated broker of Jorgenson Real Estate, an independent brokerage in Round Rock, Texas (15 agents and four staff in Central Texas, plus three agents in Jacksonville, Florida), on the Real Estate AI Flash podcast
He says three tools cover most of the work, each for a different job. ChatGPT, which "knows you very well" once its memory is kept up to date, is the safe all-round tool for basics like drafting emails and newsletters. Claude is where he has recently pointed people, because its connectors plug into their other systems. Gemini comes with the brokerage's Google Workspace and is sometimes a good fit for a fun video or image for marketing. At the brokerage level, AI has helped analyze agreements and create internal documents to protect the business (he says it doesn't replace an attorney), and it gives the marketing staff a lot of help behind the scenes. In a coaching call with a busy agent he opened Claude Cowork and suggested a scheduled task that reviews email at the end of each day, finds anything urgent and drafts replies the agent can tweak and send.
ChatGPT Free $0; Go $8/mo; Plus $20/mo; Pro $100/mo; Claude $17/mo billed annually ($20 monthly); Google Gemini $4.99/mo (Google AI Plus); free plan available (he says Gemini comes with the brokerage's Google Workspace)

The problem
Jorgenson says most of his agents find the range of AI tools overwhelming and want to spend their time making sales and building relationships, not learning software. The brokerage also reviews agreements, writes internal documents and has one full-time marketing person on its support team.
What happened
He says the marketing person's productivity has been "extremely multiplied" and turnaround times are "amazing," and that the goal is to give staff time back, not to replace roles with AI. No hours or dollar figures are given. Owner-told.

How to set it up yourself
- What Jorgenson Real Estate does: ChatGPT for basic drafting like emails and newsletters, Claude with connectors for productivity, and Gemini from its Google Workspace for quick marketing videos and images; AI also helps with agreements and internal documents, which he says doesn't replace an attorney.
- Our DIY build: list your team's five most repeated writing jobs (client emails, the newsletter, listing promos, an internal policy, an agreement summary) and assign each one to a single tool so agents aren't guessing.
- Save one shared prompt per job, like the one below, in a team doc, and have agents paste it with their own facts.
- Set a review rule: a person reads every client-facing draft, and anything legal or contractual goes to the broker or an attorney before it is used.
