How to set it up yourself

1. What Springfield Running Center does: per the Springfield Business Journal, the owner gives Claude clear instructions on tone and what she's looking for, then takes the result into ChatGPT to expand on it and check its accuracy. She uses AI this way for accounting, inventory management and forecasting.
2. Write your question with your own facts: last season's sales by category, what's on hand, open orders, or the bookkeeping task you're stuck on.
3. Paste it into Claude with the first prompt below and say exactly what tone and kind of answer you want.
4. Paste Claude's answer into ChatGPT and ask it to expand on it and point out anything that looks wrong or unsupported. Check the final numbers against your own sales and accounting records before you order or file anything.
