The problem
After every sales call he needed to send a proposal. A properly researched plan took him four to five days, so for a long time he would just email a description of the agency's services instead.
What happened
He says the custom proposal is ready about an hour after the call, where it used to cost him an extra day and sometimes four to five days. He is also clear that AI made the agency faster, not better: delivery quality still comes down to the people running each account. Self-reported.

How to set it up yourself
- What GrowthSpree uses: Fireflies on every sales call, connected to Claude through Fireflies' MCP server, and one Claude skill per service line (AI services, paid media, ABM) that researches the prospect and drafts the proposal.
- Connect Fireflies to Claude: in Claude, open Settings > Connectors > Browse connectors, choose Fireflies and sign in to authorize it. Have Fireflies join your sales calls (connect your calendar in Fireflies) and tell prospects the call is recorded.
- Build one skill per service: a folder with a SKILL.md (a name, a one-line description, then the prompt below, your scope options, pricing rules and one past proposal as an example); zip it, then in Claude go to Customize > Skills > + Create skill > Upload a skill (skills need Code execution and file creation turned on under Settings > Capabilities). Repeat for each service so each keeps its own research and audit steps.
- After each call, ask Claude: "Use the paid-media proposal skill for today's call with {PROSPECT}" and add any nuance you didn't say on the call. Check the draft against the transcript, verify prices and anything it says about competitors, then send it from your own email.
