How to set it up yourself

1. What Chensvold Communications uses: ChatGPT to choose and design a Notion database as a lightweight CRM, Claude to poke holes in that plan, and Claude to write her client acquisition and onboarding processes, style guide and weekly checklist.
2. Paste the prompt below into ChatGPT with your real pipeline stages and ask for the database properties (Name, Company, Stage as a Select, Source, Last contact as a Date, Next step, Fee). Paste its answer into Claude and ask: "I work alone and want this simple. What's missing or overbuilt?"
3. In Notion, create a new page, type /database and choose a full-page database, add the properties you settled on, then add a Board view grouped by Stage (+ next to the view name > Board) so each prospect moves across as it progresses.
4. In Claude, select Projects > New project, describe how a client goes from first email to kickoff, and ask for a numbered onboarding checklist and a Friday checklist. Each Friday, open a chat in that project and say "walk me through my weekly checklist".
