How to set it up yourself

1. What the Kendall Bonner Team's agent did: one of Kendall Bonner's agents got a Revaluate notice that clients who bought a home the year before were ready to sell. She called them, and it turned out they wanted to buy an investment property. The steps below are our DIY build with ChatGPT, not Revaluate setup.
2. Export your past clients with their purchase dates from your CRM as a spreadsheet. Keep first names and purchase dates, and remove phone numbers, emails and anything sensitive.
3. Upload it to ChatGPT with the prompt below to sort clients by time since purchase and draft a short check-in note for each.
4. Personalize each note and send it or call yourself. A score or flag is a reason to call, not proof someone is moving: ask about their family and their house, and let them tell you.

This file lists my past real estate clients with purchase dates, as of {TODAY'S DATE}. Sort them by time since purchase, longest first, and show years owned. For the top {NUMBER}, draft a 3-sentence friendly check-in note asking how they and the house are doing. Don't mention selling, predictions or market values. Use only names and dates in the file; never invent family details or facts, and mark any blank as [MISSING].
